MonkZoo Dragons Policy
MonkZoo Dragons is located in San Antonio, Texas. Any dragons purchased in, or shipped to Texas are subject to sales tax.
When a bearded dragon is purchased from MonkZoo Dragons, we promise a healthy, great pet and all the help and advice we can give you.
MonkZoo Dragons will NOT ship any dragon that is not ready or healthy enough to be shipped. Young dragons will not be shipped unless they are over 5”.
We will do our best to sex the dragons we sell. We do not guarantee the sex of dragons less than 6 months old. We do not offer a refund for mis sexed dragons
All dragons will be shipped by either FedEx Priority, or UPS Next day which deliver by 10:30 AM next day.
We guarantee live delivery as long as the package is signed for on the first attempt. We guarantee a live and healthy baby arrives but it is up to the new owner to continue the level of care the dragon receives before it left.
In the unfortunate event a dragon is DOA, please contact us immediately and we will do whatever Is necessary to rectify the situation.
We do not offer refunds for live animals.
